Labor Day 2017 - White Outfits

Memorial Day Weekend is just around the corner and I don't know who nor why they came up with the rule that you cannot wear white after Labor Day. Legend, ok the internet, says that it could've been started by the High Society ladies in 1880's who felt like imposing rules to tell who was important and who was not. I can only imagine what a great bunch they must've been.

White Parties have become a thing in the past century. One of the first White parties was hosted in Chicago in 1974 by businessman Chuck Renslow. He kept up with the tradition for the next 36 years to celebrate his birthday and thank his patrons.
